We believe “Knowledge is Power” and community events setup a great platform to widely and effectively educate our community about pressing social issues like mental health and substance abuse, the challenges of those re-entering our services and communities after incarceration and self-control/spirit empowerment in tough situations to prevent burn out and stress!
We would love to help you and/or your organization educate your community about the very critical issues that face so many people in today’s world. It's time to talk about challenges instead of listening to the stigmas.

Ongoing Outreach events:

• Community Resource Hub offers a variety of social service providers that work from WeLIFT's Indianola office.
  * 2nd & 4th Monday of every month to provide better delivery and access to services. (Salvation Army Mobile Unit, Aging Resources, WC General Assistance, & IMPACT Community Action onsite (call for appointment)).
  Free Meals:

• Every Tuesday 5:30-6:30pm The Lighthouse Community
